Ingredients required are:
2 tbsp Ghee / Olive Oi;
1/4 tsp Hing
Few Curry Leaves
1/2 tbsp Green Chillies
4-8 Cashew Nuts
All 3 Bell Peppers - 2 tbsp each (Can put one of them only too)
2 tbsp Green Peas
2 tbsp French Beans
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 cup Vermicelli / Sev
Coriander leaves
