Sev is a delicious fried vermicelli snack that is made from besan/ gram flour. Take a bowl add chick pea flour, turmeric, salt and add required water and make it into a soft dough. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Fill the sev dough into the press, Press out thin strands of the dough into the hot oil. 3. Fry the sev on both sides.
