Ingredients:

1 cup Vermicelli
2 tbsp. blanched Green Peas
2 tbsp. blanched chopped Carrot
8-10 Curry Leaves
½ tsp. Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp. Oil
Water for cooking
Salt to taste


Method:

1. Heat the oil and mustard seeds in a pan.
2. Add the curry leaves and blanched green peas and carrot.
3. Add the vermicelli and roast the mixture for 1-2 minutes.
4. Pour water, add salt and cover the pan with a lid. Let the contents cook at a low flame for 4-5 minutes.
