SHAHI SAFED CHICKENIngredients1 tbsp oil2 green cardamoms3-4 medium onions, boiled and pureed 1 tsp ginger-garlic pasteSalt to taste1 tsp Tata Sampann Coriander Powder¼ tsp yellow chilli powder½ cup yogurt2 tbsps boiled cashew nut paste1 tbsp slivered almonds 3 tbsps fresh creamMethod 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add green cardamoms and sauté till fragrant. Add onion puree and sauté for 1-2 minutes or till onion light golden brown.2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds. Add salt, Tata Sampann Coriander Powder, yellow chilli powder and yogurt and mix well. Continue to sauté on low heat for 1 minute.3. Add chicken and 2 tbsps boiled cashew nut paste and sauté on medium heat for 3-5 minutes. 4. Add ¾ cup water and mix. Add 1 tbsp slivered almonds, mix, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes or till the chicken is cooked completely. 5. Add fresh cream, mix and cook for 1 minute. Switch the heat off, transfer this into a serving bowl, garnish with slivered almonds, fresh cream and silver varq.
