Green chilli slit , हरी मिर्च2 tbsp Coriander powder , धनिया पाउडर1½ tsp Red chilli powder , लाल मिर्च पाउडर½ tsp Turmeric powder , हल्दी पाउडरSalt To Taste , नमक स्वादअनुसारWater as required , पानी आवश्यकता के अनुसर½ no. Lemon juice , नींबू का रसCoriander leaves , धनियाMethod: Wash and Scrape the shakarkand with knife and cut into cube size. Heat ghee in a pan; add cumin seeds and sauté for 30 sec. Add ginger and green chilies, mix well and sauté for another 30 sec. Add shakarkand, mix well and sauté for 2 min. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and sauté for 2min. Add water, mix well and cover and cook for 12-15 min. After 10 min. remove the cover and mix well. Add green peas, mix well and cook for 4-5 min. or till mixture is dry. Add lemon juice and mix well.
