RECIPE DESCRIPTION:
Ingredients
Sweet potato 1 Large
Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Ghee 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
FOR GARNISHING
Almond 1⁄2 Teaspoon, slivered
Pistachios 1⁄2 Teaspoon, slivered
Cardamom powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan on medium high, heat ghee, add the sweet potato and cook it well for 4 -5 minutes on low to medium heat.
2. Add milk and cook stirring continuously until it becomes thick.
3. Add sugar, mix well and cook it until the sugar melts.
4. Once done, remove the pan from heat and get ready to serve.

SERVING
5. Serve this shakarkandi halwa hot garnished with cardamom, almond and pistachio.
