Shaker Para or Shankarpali a popular Indian snack recipe, a bite sized snack. Kids love it to the core. An irresistible sweet at home without putting in much efforts. A crunchy snack a must for festivals like Holi and Diwali, especially and made for kids as evening or short break snacks in schools.Ingredients: • White Flour (All-purpose flour) - 2 Cups • Water - ½ Cup • Powdered Sugar - ½ Cup • Ghee - ½ Cup • Baking Soda - a pinch • Oil - for deep frying Preparation : • In a mixing bowl add ½ cup water. • Add ½ cup powdered sugar & mix them. • Add ½ cup melted ghee to it. • Add ½ tsp Cardamom powder. • Add a pinch of baking soda to it and mix them all. • Add white flour in it stirring it to bind it to a dough. • Knead it for a while & let it rest. • Place the dough aside for 15 to 20 Min. • Now will roll it into a dough, cut off the uneven edges. • Cut them into required shapes with knife. • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying the shakarparas. • Add one to the oil and check if the oil is hot enough, • If it pops up the oil is hot enough. • Add a few at a time and deep fry them. • Place them in a bowl. • After done with all of them, store them in an air tight container. • Tasty crunchy bite sized snack is ready.Shankarpali | శక్కర్ పారా క్రిస్పిగా కరకరలాడుతూ రావాలంటే ఇలాచేయండి | Shakkar Para Recipe in Telugu
