Recipe below..100gr. butter1/3 cup vegetable oil1 egg1/2 cup powdered sugar2 tbsp shredded coconut2 tbsp semolina flour1 ts baking powderabout 2- 2+1/2 cup flourfor the tophazelnut, pine nut or peanuts or walnuts1 egg yolk (optional)for the syrup:1+3/4 cup sugar2 cups water1/4 juice of lemonDirections:1- Boil water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, leave to cool2- Mix and prepare the dough as seen on the video. (Dough should not be firm)3- Shape and put the nuts or brush with egg yolk4- Bake at 170C until golden brown5- After 3-4 minutes add syrup and cover to let the syrup soak about 1 hour
