Peanuts and garlic combined together to make this flavourful chutney!

SHENGDANA LASOON CHUTNEY

Ingredients

1½ cups raw peanuts
1 cup garlic cloves, unpeeled
3 tbsps oil
2 tsps red chilli powder
Salt to taste

Method

1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add peanuts and sauté till they turn golden brown. Add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add red chilli powder, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Switch the heat off and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Transfer the mixture into a mortar and coarsely crush it with a pestle.
4. Serve as required
