Peanuts and garlic combined together to make this flavourful chutney!SHENGDANA LASOON CHUTNEYIngredients1½ cups raw peanuts1 cup garlic cloves, unpeeled3 tbsps oil2 tsps red chilli powderSalt to tasteMethod1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add peanuts and sauté till they turn golden brown. Add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.2. Add red chilli powder, mix and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add salt, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.3. Switch the heat off and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Transfer the mixture into a mortar and coarsely crush it with a pestle.4.
