Shimmering Glitter Cocktails

Mesmerise your guests with these shimmering glitter cocktails

Classic Glitter Cocktails

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

For the glass rims:
cup water
cup granulated white sugar

For the cocktail:
1 bottle (275ml) Bernini Classic Sparkling Grape Frizzante
tsp edible silver shimmering dust (1/4 tsp per glass)
Light pink candyfloss, to garnish

METHOD

For the glass rims:

1. Pour the water and sugar into 2 separate bowls and dip the rim of each champagne flute into the water, then into the sugar. Set aside.

For the cocktail:

1. Pour the Bernini Classic Sparkling Grape Frizzante into the 2 glasses.

2. Sprinkle the edible silver dust into the cocktail with the end of a swizzle stick and stir gently to mix.

3. Garnish with a neat tuft of candyfloss. Serve the shimmering glitter cocktails immediately and ENJOY!!

Blush Glitter Cocktails

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

Ruby Berry Glitter Cocktails

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

For the glass rims:
cup water

tsp edible gold shimmering dust ( tsp per glass)
Light pink candyfloss, to garnish

RECIPE
