It is a runny delicious prawn gravy in mustard paste and red chilies spicy and can be served with white steamed rice perfect for lunch.
Ingredients
200 gm prawns cleaned
2 tbsp of mustard green chili paste
1/2 tsp of red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
salt to taste
1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder(optional)
1/2 cup water
2 onions sliced

3 tbsp of mustard oil

Preparation
Marinate the prawns for 15 minutes with turmeric and salt
Heat mustard oil
fry onions till golden
Add turmeric powder
Add 1/2 cup of water and salt
Add mustard paste
Add red chili powder
Simmer in low flame
dissolve 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chili powder in water and add for color(optional)
simmer for 5 minutes
Break 2 green chilies and add
Serve hot with rice
