Here is how to make it:1. Butter sourdough bread on both sides, drizzle olive oil and toast both sides on a pan. I used green chilli olive oil, original recipe uses truffle oil.2. Layer burrata cheese and sliced tomatoes dressed in lemon juice, olive oil & salt.3. Bake it at 400F for about 10 mins.4. Top with warm marinara sauce and parmesan cheese bake it for another 5 minutes.5.
