Singaporean Rice with Garlic Bread

Ingredients for Chicken:
Oil 2 tbsp.
Boneless chicken (strips) 700g
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp.
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp.
Vinegar 1 tbsp.
Chili Sauce 1 tbsp.
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Red Chili powder ½ tsp
Ketchup ¼ cup
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp.
Water (if req)

Ingredients for Noodles:
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Green Onion (chopped) ¼ cup
Carrot (julienne) ½ cup
Capsicum (julienne) ½ cup
Cabbage (julienne) ½ cup
Green Onion (chopped) ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Soy Sauce 1½ tbsp.
Spaghetti (boiled) 500g
Green onion (for garnishing) 1/2 cup

Ingredients for Sauce:
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Ketchup ¼ cup
Hot Sauce 2 tbsp.
Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp.
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp.

Ingredients for Garlic Bread:
Fresh Baguette Bread (sliced) 2-3

Butter (softened) ½ cup
Garlic (grated) 2 tbsp.
Parsley (chopped) ¼ cup
Black pepper powder ½ tsp

Assembling:
Boiled Rice
Prepared Noodles
Prepared Chicken
Prepared Sauce
Green onion (chopped) as required

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil, add chicken and ginger garlic paste. Cook until the chicken changes its color.
2. Add soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, and red chili powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium high heat.
3. Add ketchup, chili garlic sauce and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take off the flame and keep aside.
Directions for Noodles Preparation:
1. Now, in another pan, heat oil. Sauté green onion and garlic for a minute. Add carrot, capsicum, and cabbage and sauté for another 2 minutes over high flame.
2. Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper. Toss well. Add boiled spaghetti and toss gently. Garnish with green onion. Take off the flame and keep aside.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
3. In a bowl add mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, mustard paste, and lemon juice. Whisk well until well combined and keep aside.
Directions for Garlic Bread Preparation:
1. In a bowl, add butter, garlic, parsley, and black pepper. Mix well until well combined. Keep aside.
2. Cut fresh baguette into thick diagonal slices. Spread the butter spread on each side of the slice. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 8-10 minutes. Your garlic bread is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
3. Spread a layer of boiled rice on a platter. Drizzle prepared sauce over the rice, Top with noodles and chicken. Drizzle sauce, sprinkle with green onion and serve.
4. Your Singaporean Rice is ready. Serve it with Garlic Bread and enjoy.
