Ingredients:
500g Boneless Chicken
1 Egg
2-3 tbsp Cornstarch
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Ingredients for sauté veggie:
2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Capsicum (cubes)
1 cup Onion (cubes)
1 cup Tomatoes (cubes)
Salt to taste
Ingredients for gravy:
2-3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1 ½ cup Ketchup
1 tbsp Hot Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli flakes
Salt to taste
1/2 tbsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Sugar
Water as req
Green Onion (for garnishing)

Directions:
Cut the chicken into thin slant sheets.
In a bowl add chicken, egg, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, oil, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and set aside for 20-30 minutes.
Deep fry the chicken pieces until light golden brown and set aside.
In pan sauté vegetables, including capsicum, onion and tomatoes for 2-3 minutes and set aside.
In the same pan add some oil, sauté chopped garlic.
When garlic starts to turn brown add ketchup, hot sauce, Oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli flakes, salt, black pepper, and sugar.
When it starts to bubble, add water as required and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes, once the gravy starts to thicken, add fried chicken and sautéed vegetables.
Mix and let it cook for 4-5 minutes. Add Slurry as required.
Heat the hot plate on the stove and pour the prepared shashlik on the hot plate and serve hot.

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Serving: 3-4 persons
