250 grams Mutton Keema

3 Green Chillies
1/2 tablespoon Coriander Seeds, roasted & crushed
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
Salt, to taste
1/2 tablespoon Cumin Seeds, roasted & crushed
1/2 tablespoon Chilli Flakes
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1 cup Onion
2 tablespoon Maida (All Purpose Flour)
1 tablespoon Water
