Do give this a try and enjoy your cooking. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #digitalammi #pakistanicooking Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/45sAwAxRecipe in English:Ingredients:Prepare Dough:-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & tbs-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp-Warm water 1 Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Namak (Salt) tsp-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Water Cup or as required -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Doodh (Milk) -Til (Sesame seeds) as required-Cooking oil/Butter as requiredDirections:Prepare Dough:-In a small jug,add caster sugar,instant yeast,warm water,mix well,cover & let it proof for 5-10 minutes.-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt & mix well.-Add dissolved yeast mixture,cooking oil & mix well.-Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed,grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).-Sprinkle dry flour & knead dough until smooth. -Take a small dough (65g) & make a ball.-Grease thick bottom frying pan with cooking oil,place dough balls (give a little space between dough balls),cover with cling film & let it proof for 30 minutes.-Apply milk & sprinkle sesame seeds.-Preheat heat diffuser plate,place frying pan,cover with lid & kitchen cloth then let it cook on low flame for 7 minutes.-Now flip carefully,cover & continue cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes (makes 10-11).-Apply cooking oil or butter & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:Prepare Dough:-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & tbs-Khameer (Instant yeast) 3 tsp-Warm water 1 Cup-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Namak (Salt) tsp-Cooking oil 2 tbs-Water Cup or as required -Cooking oil 1 tsp -Doodh (Milk) -Til (Sesame seeds) as required-Cooking oil/Butter as requiredDirections:Prepare Dough:-Chotay jug mein bareek cheeni,khameer aur warm water dal ker ache tarhan mix karei aur dhak ker 5-10 minutes ker proof hunay kliya chor dein.-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Dissolved khameer mixture aur cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein,cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha proof hunay kliya rakh dein.-Maida chirak dein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak ghond lein.-Chota dough (65g) lein aur ball bana lein.-Thick bottom frying pan ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dough balls rakh dein (give a little space between dough balls),cling film sa cover ker lein aur 30 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein.-Doodh laga ker til chirak dein.-Heat diffuser plate ko preheat ker lein,frying pan rakh dein,lid & kitchen cloth sa cover ker lein phir halki ancch per 7 minutes kliya paka lein.-Carefully flip ker lein aur cover ker ka halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein (makes 10-11).-Cooking oil or makhan laga lein & serve karein!
