Rasagulla Recipe in Hindi
Ingredients:
1 litre milk (cow milk)
1 tsp all-purpose flour/semolina, arrowroot (optional)( choose anyone)

To curdle:
1/2 tsp citric acid/ calcium lactate/paneer water (choose anyone)
1/2 cup water

Sugar syrup:
1 1/2 -2 cups sugar
5 cups water
Rose essence/ kewra essence/ cardamom powder (optional)
Approx 1 glass chilled water
