1 small (5 ounce) zucchini, cut into ¼-inch pieces
kosher salt
4 ounces green beans, trimmed and cut into ½-inch pieces (about 1 cup)
1 cup (5 ounces) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 ears of corn, shucked and kernels cut off cob
3 garlic cloves, peeled and thinly sliced
1 small shallot, peeled and thinly sliced
¼ cup chopped parsley, lightly packed
pinch of cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons butter
1½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
1½ cups chicken bone broth
freshly ground black pepper
