In a bowl, whisk curd. Add rawa, mix well and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.2. Add rest of the ingredients (except oil) and mix well. Add water as required to get a vada batter consistency. Add a pinch of soda just before frying.3.Heat oil in a kadhai. Shape portions of batter into vadas and deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden brown. 4. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot with coconut chutney.
