Keep it aside.- In a mixer grinder add grated coconut, roasted urad dal, chana, tamarind paste & water. Grind everything to a smooth paste.- Add little water and grind again.- For the tadka, in a small vessel add oil, mustard seeds, asafoetida, dry red chillies, curry leaves & fenugreek seeds.
