SOYA LACHCHA PARANTHAIngredients1 cup whole wheat flour + for dusting½ cup soya bean flour½ tsp turmeric powder½ tsp red chilli powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp Tata Sampann Garam Masala Powder1½ tsps chaat masalaSalt to taste1 tbsp ghee + for applying + for drizzling½ tsp red chilli powderSabzi to serveOnion rings to serveLemon wedges to serveMethod1. In a parat, add whole wheat flour, soya bean flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and Tata Sampann Garam Masala Powder,½ tsp chaat masala and salt. Add 1 tbsp ghee and mix well, add water and knead to a soft dough.2. Add remaining ghee to the dough and knead till well combined, set aside for 10-15 minutes.3. To make the spice mix, chaat masala, red chilli powder and salt and mix well, set aside.4. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into balls. To make the parantha, take a dough ball and roll it into a thin disc, brush ghee and sprinkle whole wheat flour and start pleating from one end to the other and twist into a round chakri.5. Dust the worktop with a little whole wheat flour and roll the prepared chakris and into a parantha. 6. Heat a non-stick tawa, place the prepared parantha on it and cook for 1 minute on each side, drizzle ghee and cook further for 1 minute on both sides. Take it off the heat and place it on a worktop.7.
