Delicious healthy paranthas made with freshly ground soya flour. Perfect treat for the tiffins.SOYA PARANTHA Ingredients½ cup soya granules 2 cups whole wheat flour (atta) + for dusting 1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain)1 teaspoon dried pomegranate seeds (anardana), crushed 2 green chillies, finely choppedSalt to taste1 tablespoon ghee + for basting 4 tablespoons fresh cream 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leavesMethod1. Grind soya granules into a powder and transfer into a bowl. Add wheat flour, carom seeds, crushed pomegranate seeds, green chillies, salt, 1 tablespoon ghee, cream, coriander leaves and ¾ cup water, mix and knead into a stiff dough. Cover with a muslin cloth and set aside for 20 minutes.2. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll out into 5 inch diameter thick paranthas dusting with flour. 3. Heat a non-stick tawa. Place a parantha on it and roast till evenly done from both the sides, basting with ghee. 4. Serve hot with your choice of pickle.
