SOYBEAN LADDOOIngredients1 cup soybean flour1 cup ghee1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)1 cup powdered sugar½ tsp green cardamom powder2 tbsps chopped pistachios2 tbsps chopped almonds2 tbsps chopped cashew nutsChopped mixed nuts for garnishMethod 1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add soybean flour and whole wheat flour and mix well. Roast till golden brown and fragrant. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool slightly. 2. Take powdered sugar in a large bowl. Add the roasted mixture into it, add green cardamom powder, pistachios, almonds and cashew nuts and mix till well combined.3. Take small portions of the mixture and start rolling into balls.
