Delicious laddoos prepared using soybean flour, nuts & sugar. SOYBEAN LADDOO

Ingredients

1 cup soybean flour
1 cup ghee
1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1 cup powdered sugar
½ tsp green cardamom powder
2 tbsps chopped pistachios
2 tbsps chopped almonds
2 tbsps chopped cashew nuts
Chopped mixed nuts for garnish

Method

1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add soybean flour and whole wheat flour and mix well. Roast till golden brown and fragrant. Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool slightly.
2. Take powdered sugar in a large bowl. Add the roasted mixture into it, add green cardamom powder, pistachios, almonds and cashew nuts and mix till well combined.
3. Take small portions of the mixture and start rolling into balls. Serve garnished with mixed nuts.
