The final one took place at the Culinary Institute Le Notre. Each webinar showcase some of Spains most emblematic ingredients, such as, sherry vinegar, ibrico ham, cheese, extra virgin olive oil and canned foods. The renowned chef and proprietor of Canela, one of the best Spanish restaurants in San Francisco, Mat Schuster instructed students via a virtual workshop session (Zoom) on how to prepare tapas and pintxos.
