Sparkling Zobo (Sorrel) Drink - Chef Lola's Kitchen

Ingredients.
1 cup of Zobo leaves (Sorrell leaves)
3 Cups of Sparkling Water or Sprite
2 Cups of Water
1 Cup of Pineapple Juice
Sweetner to taste (Sugar,Stevia,Honey e.t.c)
2 Cups of Water
1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seed
1 Teaspoon of Allspice
1 Teaspoon of Cloves
1 Tablespoon of chopped Ginger Root
