Recipe:

Neer Dosa is a type of dosa (Indian pancake) that is thin, soft, and made from rice batter. "Neer" in Kannada (the local language of Karnataka) means water, and the name "Neer Dosa" translates to "Water Dosa" in reference to the watery consistency of the batter. It is a delicacy in coastal Karnataka and is also enjoyed in some parts of Kerala. Chicken Ghee Roast is a fiery and aromatic chicken dish that originated in the Mangalorean cuisine of Karnataka. It is known for its rich flavour, spicy taste, and the generous use of ghee (clarified butter) in the preparation.
