Easily the best activity from my BALI trip is this cooking class in Ubud. Totally exceeded expectation, where I get to create and EAT all the SUPER DELICIOUS FOOD. I get to visit the market and Rice paddy field, learn different Balinese spices, traditional way of mixing and pounding spices from scratch. The host, Puspa from PAON cooking is very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. If you visit Bali, this should be on your MUST DO list !
