Malpua is a small pancake made with Khoya and All purpose flour(cake flour). Malpua is served as a dessert or a snack originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is a popular North-Indian cuisine made at special occasions and festivals like holi and id. This yummy dish will make your special moments even more special and you can never forget its taste.

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Elaichi(cardamom) powder
2 tablespoon grated dry fruits
1 tablespoon rava
1 teaspoon sanuf
100 ml milk
1 bowl Maida(cake flour)
4 spoon condensed milk(Mava)
200 ml cooking oil
