Ingredients (serves 2-3):
380 gms Turkey pieces
For marinading Turkey: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp hot chilli pwd (Or Cayenne Pepper), 1 tsp Corn Starch and 1 tbsp Soy sauce

1 small onion
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
Vegetables of your choice. I use carrots, Brussel Sprouts, Bell peppers, Mushrooms, Zucchini
2-3 tbsp Oil for cooking
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 cup Cashews
2 tsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tbsp Hot chilli sauce like Sriracha
(you can always add lemon juice on top for more flavour)

Method:
1. Cut Turkey into bite size pieces and marinade for 10 mins.
2. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and fry onions and garlic for 2 mins. Add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 mins. Set aside.
3. Fry cashews and sesame seeds for 2 mins in another pan. Add Turkey and cook until done.
4. Combine vegetables and turkey and serve warm on its own or over plain rice, noodles or with a flatbread. Enjoy!
