For more tasty recipes, pleaseSubscribe: http://www.youtube.com/user/eateastin...Our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/EatEastIndianFollow us on twitter: https://twitter.com/EatEastIndianPinterest: http://pinterest.com/eateastindian/Our Blog: http://eateastindian.com/Ingredients (serves 2-3):380 gms Turkey piecesFor marinading Turkey: 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp hot chilli pwd (Or Cayenne Pepper), 1 tsp Corn Starch and 1 tbsp Soy sauce1 small onion1 tbsp soy sauce2 cloves of garlicVegetables of your choice. I use carrots, Brussel Sprouts, Bell peppers, Mushrooms, Zucchini2-3 tbsp Oil for cooking1 tbsp Soy Sauce1 tbsp Vinegar1/2 cup Cashews2 tsp Sesame Seeds1/2 tbsp Hot chilli sauce like Sriracha(you can always add lemon juice on top for more flavour)Method:1. Cut Turkey into bite size pieces and marinade for 10 mins. 2. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and fry onions and garlic for 2 mins. Add soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 mins. Set aside. 3. Fry cashews and sesame seeds for 2 mins in another pan. Add Turkey and cook until done. 4. Combine vegetables and turkey and serve warm on its own or over plain rice, noodles or with a flatbread. Enjoy!
