Spicy corn mixture shaped into patties and shallow fried.SPICY CORN PATTIESIngredients2 cups boiled corn kernels 1/2 cup maize flour 2 tablespoons rice flour ½ cup breadcrumbs 1 green chilli, finely chopped 2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves 2 teaspoons lemon juice1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon saltOil for shallow-frying + greasingTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Grind together corn kernels, red chilli powder, ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds, lemon juice, coriander leaves and some water to a smooth paste. 2. Put maize flour, rice flour, breadcrumbs in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. Add ground paste and mix well. 3. Heat some oil on a non-stick tawa. 4. Grease palms with oil, shape the mixture into patties. 5. Shallow-fry the patties on hot tawa till crisp and brown on both the sides. 6.
