Gajarche Vadi or Carrot Fritters are a crispy and fun evening snack most commonly made in Maharashtrian homes. Ingredients:
1 tbsp Oil
Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Grated Carrot
2 tsp Mix Masala
Salt To Taste
1 cup Gram Flour
1 cup Water
Oil to Deep Fry
