Easily made on Tawa/Skillet, this naan is best served with your favourite chutney.For more tasty recipes, pleaseSubscribe: https://www.youtube.com/user/eateastI...Our facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/EatEastIndianFollow us on twitter: https://twitter.com/EatEastIndianPinterest: http://pinterest.com/eateastindian/Instagram: https://instagram.com/eateastindian/Ingredients/ Method1/4 cup water1/2 tsp yeast1/2 tsp sugar1 cup whole wheat flour ( optional/ can be replaced with all purpose flour) or even use half and half)2 tbsp milk2 tbsp oil/ghee1/4 tsp salt (Pinch of salt)Stuffing:2 green chillies or Jalapenos ( remove the seeds or use some of them)small piece of chopped onionfew stalks of green onion1 tsp Ajwain seeds1 tsp salt1 tbsp Kasoori methi ( Dried fenugreek leaves)- Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/4 cup water and set aside for 10 mins. - Next in flour, add dissolved yeast, milk and oil. Mix well- Add salt and slowly add luke warm water to form a smooth dough. - Set aside for minimum 1 hour. - When ready to cook, roll out small piece of dough with a rolling pin, dusting it with flour so that it is easy to work with. Make two of these pieces.- Mix all your stuffing ingredients and sprinkle on top of one rolled out dough. Cover with the other piece and seal the ends by pressing with hands gently.- Place this flattened dough naan on a hot skillet/tawa and cook until both sides have brown spots. - Butter it up and serve with curry of your choice.
