Ingredients:
6 boiled eggs
3 cups rice soaked for 15 minutes.
5 green cardamoms
1 tsp saha jeera
4 onions thinly sliced and fried till brown
1/2 tsp saffron soaked in milk
4 cloves
1 bada Elaichi
2 sticks of Dalchini
1 bay leaf
1 tbsp ginger garlic green chilli paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp Kolhapuri masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup yogurt
Chopped mint
2 tbsp Oil
Salt

Method:
Boil rice with green cardamom and half of saha jeera till the rice is almost done. Drain and keep aside.
In a pan take oil add all the masala fry for a minute. Add ginger garlic green chili paste, fry for a minute, add chilli powder, turmeric powder and Kolhapuri masala. Fry and add yogurt, salt and mint leaves.
Cook for 2 minutes. Add boiled eggs, leave 2 for garnishing, add half of the fried onions and cook for a minute.
In a deep pan alternately layer the egg mixture and boiled rice. Garnish with remaining fried onions, mint and boiled eggs.
Cover the pan with aluminium foil, keep on a tawa and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
