Spicy Lal Chutni Qeema Calzone a spice up fusion with a desi touch to the calzone we all love. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3xIyiyOIngredients:Prepare Dough:-Doodh (Milk) lukewarm Cup-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp-Cooking oil 2 tsp-Lukewarm water Cup or as required -Cooking oil 1 tsp Prepare Lal Mirch Chutni Qeema Filling:-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chillies) soaked 6-8-Lehsan (Garlic) 8-10 cloves -Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 4-5-Mong phali (Peanuts) roasted 3 tbs-Namak (Salt) tsp or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tsp-Lemon juice 2 tbs-Water Cup-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2-3 medium -Beef qeema (Mince) kg-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) tbs-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Garam masala powder tsp-Dahi (Yogurt) hung 3 tbs-Water Cup or as required -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful-Water -Doodh (Milk) Directions:Prepare Dough:-In a small jug,add lukewarm milk,instant yeast,sugar & mix well,cover & let it rest for 5-10 minutes & set aside.-In a bowl,dd all-purpose flour,salt,cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.-Add yeast mixture & mix well.-Gradually add lukewarm water & knead until dough is formed. -Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).Prepare Lal Mirch Chutni Qeema Filling:-In a blender jug,add Kashmiri red chillies,garlic,dried red chillies,peanuts,salt,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,lemon juice,water and blend well to make a thick paste & set aside.-In a pot,add cooking oil,onion & fry until light golden.-Add beef mince & mix well until it changes color.-Add ginger garlic paste,cumin powder,red chilli powder,salt,garam masala powder,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.-Add yogurt,blended paste,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.-Add water & mix well.-Add fresh coriander & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes & set aside.-Sprinkle dry flour and knead dough again until smooth.-Take one portion (100g of dough),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.-On baking try (greased with cooking oil and lined with butter paper),place rolled dough,on half side of the dough,add lal mirch chutni qeema filling,apply water and fold the other side over it,press and apply water and seal the edges.-With the help of knife slightly add cuts on the surface and apply milk on top (makes 6). -Bake in preheated oven at 200C for 25 minutes (on both grills).
