Serves 6. 2 tsp chilli powder4 cups boiled sweet corn kernels (makai ke daane)2 tbsp butter2 tsp chaat masala1 tbsp lemon juiceSalt to taste 1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the sweet corn kernels, and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.2. Add the chilli powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
