I love spicy buffalo chicken dishes whether they're wings, casseroles, salads, and especially if it's a buffalo chicken pizza. The combo of chicken, hot sauce, celery, and blue cheese is perfect, and this spicy pizza can be prepared super quick, especially if you skip making pizza crust from scratch; I prefer flat bread for a pizza crust.
