Learn how to make Spicy Red Thai Curry Paste Recipe By Ruchi Bharani

Ingredients:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 2 small (chopped)
Garlic - 8 - 9 cloves (chopped)
Galangal - 1 big pc
Celery - 1/4 cup (chopped)
Lemon grass stalk - 1 (chopped)
Thai red chilli - 25 - 30
Chilli garlic sauce - 5 tbsp
Light soya sauce - 1 tbsp
White vinegar - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it
- Saute the onions for a few seconds and add cloves of garlic
- Add galangal, celery, lemon grass, thai red chilli, chilli garlic sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar, cinnamon powder, salt and mix everything well..
Saute this for a couple of mins and take it off the flame and cool it
- Grind fired onions in a smooth paste using a grinder
- Remove the smooth paste in a air tight contain jar and use as per need.
