Put batter in a bowl, add ginger-green chilli paste and salt and mix well. 2. Add spinach puree and mix well. 3. Grease idlimoulds with little oil and pour the prepared batter into each mould, top with cheese and steam for 5-10 minutes.4. Top with cheese and demould the idlis 5. Serve hot garnished crushed peppercorns. 6. Cool, demould and serve with chutney.
