Ingredients:-
Refined flour (maida): 2 tablespoons
Whole wheat flour (atta): 1 cup
Ground oats: 2 tablespoons
Corn flour (makkai ka atta): 2 tablespoons
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
Baking soda: ½ teaspoon
Grated cheddar cheese: ¼ cup
Sweet corn kernels: ½ cup
Chopped spinach: 1 cup
Egg: 1
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 3 tablespoons
Skimmed milk: 1¼ cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil: 1 ½ tablespoons

Method of Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Take a mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix it well. Keep it aside
In a separate bowl, add all the wet ingredients and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Mix it well
Now add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and combine it using a spoon, ensuring there are no lumps.
Fill muffin cases with the mixture until half way up. Bake it until the tops are golden brown and a skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
