2 qu mp nh (~ 400-450g) | 400-450g sponge gourd
50g u phng | 50g peanut
1 c hnh tm | a shallot
1 mcf ht nm | 1tsp stock powder
1/2 mcf mui | 1/2 tsp salt
1 mc nc mm | 1tbsp fish sauce
Mt t tiu | a pinch of pepper
hnh ng | coriander
