Prepare Perfect Steak:-On a steak piece,sprinkle pink salt,black pepper crushed on both sides & rub gently.-In a cast iron skillet,add cooking oil,butter & let it melt.-Add seasoned steak piece,press with patty press to lock the juices,flip,repeat the process & cook on medium flame from both sides until done,rest it for 2 minutes then cut into pieces.
