Cinnamon - 2 inch
Cardamom - 3 p
Bay leaf - 1
Dry red Chili - 2 p
Chopped Onions - ¼ cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 tba
Tomato puree - ½ cup
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbs
Coriander Powder - 1½ tbs
Cumin Powder - 1 tbs
Garam Masala - 1 tbs
Water - as needed
Kasuri Methi - 1 tbs
