Steamed Tandoori Whole Chicken with Noodles Rice

Ingredients for Steamed Tandoori Whole Chicken:
Whole Chicken 1 kg
Tandoori masala 3 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Oil (for deep frying) as required

Ingredients for Rice Noodles:
Water (for boiling) as required
Salt (for boiling) 1 tsp
Oil (for boiling) 2 tbsp
Noodles 2 cups
Boiled rice 2 cups
Oil (for cooking) 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (shredded) 1 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp + 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tbsp

Directions for Steamed Tandoori Whole Chicken Preparation:
1. Take whole chicken and prick it with fork.
2. In a bowl add oil, tandoori masala, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and mix well.
3. Pour the prepared marinade over whole chicken and marinate it well. marinate the chicken for half hour.
4. Now deep fry the marinated whole chicken until light golden in color.
5. Now steam the chicken for 1 hour. Your Juicy and Tender Steamed Tandoori Whole Chicken is ready.
Directions for Noodles Rice Preparation:
1. In another pot heat water, oil, and salt and bring it to a boil. Add noodles and boiled them until fully done. Strain through cold water and set aside.
2. In a pan heat oil and add capsicum, carrot, cabbage, soy sauce, chili sauce, 1/2 tsp of salt, garlic powder, black pepper and saute for a minutes. Set aside.
3. In a wok heat oil and add garlic, saute for a minute.
4. Now add rice, black pepper, salt, oregano, sauted vegetables, boiled noodles and toss well over high flame for a minute.
5. Your Noodles Rice are ready. Serve with Steamed Tandoori Whole Chicken and enjoy.
