http://www.chefs-garden.com/ Chef Steven Halliday of The Greenbrier Resort prepared an Earth to Table Dinner featuring specialty vegetables, herbs, and microgreens from The Chef's Garden. The dinner was held at The Culinary Vegetable Institute in Milan, Ohio. Chef Halliday will return to The Culinary Vegetable Institute for the Veggie U Food and Wine Celebration on July 21, 2012.
