XI MN - Sticky Rice with a Twist

Ingredients:
**For sticky rice
- 600g sticky rice (150g per color)
- Blue: 5-7 butterfly pea flowers
- Yellow: 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Green: 5-6 pandan leaves
- Purple: 5-6 magenta leaves
**Coconut sauce**
- 200ml coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
**Fillings **
- 2 eggs
- 1 Chinese sausage
- 1 tsp stock powder
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- Some chopped green onions
- Pork floss and fried shallot for garnish
