Stir Fry Prawns with Curry Powder (Goong Pad Pong Karee) | Thai Girl in the Kitchen

Ingredients :

- 500g. Prawns
- 7-8 cloves Garlic
- 50g. Celery
- 100g. Onion
- 50g. Spring onion
- 20g. Red pepper
- 2 tbsp. Vegetable oil

Stir fry sauce mixture
- 3 tbsp. Curry powder
- 1 tbsp. Roasted chili paste (Nam Prik Pao) *OPTIONAL
- 2 tbsp. Oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp. Light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. White pepper powder
- 150ml. Evaporated milk
- 3 Eggs


Best serving with steamed rice.
