Ingredients for Stir-fry beef:
Beef tenderloin (thin strips) 700 g
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cornstarch 2 tbsp.
Oil (for frying) 3 tbsp
Carrots (Julienne) 1/2 cup
Green capsicum (Julienne) 1/2 cup
Yellow capsicum (Julienne) 1/2 cup
Onion (Sliced) 1/2 cup
Broccoli 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Herb Rice:
Water (for soaking) as required
Guard Basmati Rice 2 cups
Water (for boiling) 1-2 L
Salt (for boiling) 1/2 tbsp.
Green chilies 2
Oil (for boiling) 2 tbsp.
Vinegar 2 tbsp.
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Boiled rice
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Fresh parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Green coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Mint leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Green onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
Basil leaves (chopped) 1 tbsp.
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste

Ingredients for Sauce:
Oil 2 tbsp.
Garlic (minced) 1/2 tbsp.
Ginger (grated) 1/2 tbsp.
Vinegar 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Brown sugar 1 tsp
Slurry (water + cornstarch) 2 tbsp. + 1 tsp
Stir-fry beef

Ingredients for Egg Roll:
Oil (for brushing) 1 tbsp
Egg whites (beaten) 6
Egg Yolks (beaten10 6
Salt a pinch

Directions for Stir-Fry Beef:
1. In a bowl add beef strips, salt, black pepper, and cornstarch and mix well. Set aside.
2. In a pan heat oil and add marinated beef and cook until fully done.
3. Add carrots, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, onion, broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes. Take off flame and set aside.
Directions for Herb Rice Preparation:
1. In a bowl add water and Guard Basmati Rice and soak for 25 minutes.
2. In a pot add water, salt, green chilies, oil, vinegar, and soaked rice. Boil until 80% done. Strain and set aside.
3. Heat oil in another pot and saute garlic for a minute.
4. Add boiled rice, chili flakes, salt, oregano, parsley, coriander, mint leaves, green onion and basil.
5. Mix well and cook over high flame for 2-3 minutes.
6. Your herb rice is ready. Serve it with stir fry beef and enjoy.
Directions for Sauce Preparation:
7. In a pan heat oil and add ginger and garlic, saute for a minute. Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper, brown sugar, cook on high flame for 2 minutes.
8. Add slurry while stirring continuously until thick in consistency.
9. Add stir fry beef and give it a good mix. Set aside.
Directions for Egg Roll Preparation:
10. In a pan brush oil and add add yolks. Cook until half done.
11. Now cut the egg yolk inti strips, remove the alternative strips.
12. Add egg whites in place of removed egg yolk strips. Now cook until fully done.
13. Roll into egg roll and set aside.
14. Serve it with Beef Stir Fry and Herb Rice. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy.
