Ingredients for Amla Juice for Weight Loss are:

Indian Gooseberry - 300 gms (amla)
Ginger [अदरक] - 1 pcs (An inch long)
Sugar [चीनी] - 150 gms
Rock Salt [सेंधा नमक] - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice [निम्बू रस] - 1.5 tbsp

Steps for Amla Juice for Weight Loss are:

- Chop the gooseberries and ginger. Grind them to a juice.
- Heat a pan. Add the juice and sugar to it. Stir it and let it boil. Keep stirring from time to time.
- Then add rock salt and black pepper powder to it. Stir it again.
- Boil the juice again. After that remove it from flames and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Lastly, add lemon juice to it after transferring that to a bowl.
- Drop ice cubes in a glass and add this juice to it. Give it a stir.
- Amla juice is ready to serve.
