Well this is it!Ingredients:2 tablespoons bacon grease 1 onion chopped 1 tablespoon garlic, minced 1⁄4 cup brown sugar1⁄4 cup sugar1⁄4 cup molasses2 cups chicken stock 1 quart ketchup 11⁄2 tablespoons black pepper,1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper2 tablespoons dry mustard2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 lemon) 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar Method:Preheat oven to 300ºF. In a 3-quart Dutch oven, heat the bacon grease over low heat. Add the dehydrated onion and garlic and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the remaining ingredients and place the sauce in the oven. Bake for 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
