Strawberries and Cream lollies used to be one of my fave flavours as a kid, so I decided to re-live my school days in this gorgeous cupcake!Its important you keep the cream cold, and work as quickly as possible when youre piping these cupcakes. Ideally you should chill the bowl you whip the cream in for 20 minutes in the fridge. And refrigerate the cupcakes as soon as theyre piped.These cupcakes are best eaten the day theyre made.
